A: No, payment must be made before the goods are sent out. Our delivery contractors are not equipped to take payments

Delivery, returns & warranty

A: Delivery costs vary depending on your postcode and the weight of the product. Orders can be sent overseas and a quote for shipping will be calculated upon request. Please see our delivery page for details.

A: Yes, please see our contact page for details of our location and trading hours.

A: We usually dispatch the goods within 2-3 business days. Once your order leaves our facility you can expect local delivery within 1 day. Outside of Brisbane delivery ranges from 2-7 days. If sent via courier, we provide you with tracking details so you will know exactly when the goods will arrive.

A: Yes, all goods are automatically insured.

A: If you receive goods that are damaged upon receipt please let us know as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.
