Shipping, returns and cancellation policy

We ship Australia-wide & Internationally using Australia Post. Our shipping costs are influenced by postcode, and the size and weight of the parcel.

The total cost of your order includes all taxes, shipping and handling charges and will be calculated once your items are placed in the cart.

All prices displayed are in Australian dollars, and exclusive of shipping costs.

All transactions will be processed in AUD and include GST.

Customer service

Lawn Bowls 2U is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality goods. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and Australian shipping times are estimated between 4–10 business days depending on your location.

If Lawn Bowls 2U is unable to deliver your goods within this time period, we will contact you by phone or email within 5 working days. If we cannot process your order or the goods are unavailable, then you will be informed within 2 working days.

Returns & Refunds

At Lawn Bowls 2U, our aim is to leave our customers 100% satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with a product that you purchased from this site, you may return or exchange the item within 7 days providing that it is in the original packaging accompanied by your receipt.

Once we have received your returned items, we will credit your card on the same day if not the next business day.

Cancellations

We are very flexible with order cancellation and allow you to cancel the order up to the point when you receive and sign for the goods. However, if we incur costs as result of the cancellation, we will pass these on to you, so please research and choose the products carefully and consider how you pay for your purchase. Also, please note that all cancellations must be done or confirmed by email.

If you cancel your order due to change of mind and your order has been shipped but not yet delivered, you will not be refunded for the freight cost and shipping insurance. This is because once an item has been shipped, we are unable to recover the cost from the courier.

Please note that an order in the status of Shipping may have already been shipped but not yet updated on our website.
