What is sublimation clothing??
This process has a huge advantage over other processes. The designs are limitless and even better, they last many years. Then the materials are so much better than they used to be, so its perfect for all types of teams/ businesses etc.

I have lots of customers asking me about the process of making the custom made uniforms. So i thought why not simply explain it all for you.

The advantage of sublimation is that we can create any design you like with any garment style your looking for.

STEP 1. The design is created on a computer

STEP 2. The design is printed onto paper from a large format printer

STEP 3. The printed paper then sits on material and goes through like a large heater/press. In this step the ink from paper is transferred to the material

STEP 4. The roll of material now has all the designs/panels on it, then it goes through the laser cutting process

STEP 5. then it all gets stitched together

STEP 6. Quality control and packaging, then ready for you
